**Lake House Welcome Notes** Welcome to our lake house! We're excited to have you here. Before you settle in, please take a moment to read through our house rules and notes to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay. **Important Reminders:** - **No Pets, Please:** We love animals, but for the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home. If we discover that animals were brought in without prior approval, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to remove any pet dander. - **Noise Consideration:** We are located in a lovely residential neighborhood where our neighbors work hard. To keep the peace, please be mindful of noise levels, especially during the evening hours. While we want you to enjoy your stay, if noise becomes an issue, we may need to intervene. Thank you for your respect! - **Safety First:** Please observe speed limits while driving in the area, as there are many children and seniors nearby. Let’s keep everyone safe! - **No Smoking or Vaping Indoors:** We ask that you refrain from smoking inside the house. If someone in your party smokes indoors, a cleaning fee may be applied. If you choose to smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. - **House Capacity:** The house can comfortably accommodate up to 12-13 guests. In addition we have 2 pack and plays and a mini crib. This policy ensures everyone enjoys their stay and helps us comply with local regulations regarding parking and noise. - **Parking:** You may park up to five vehicles on the property—four in the driveway and one at the top. Please do not park on the street or on the grass in front of neighboring houses, as there is ample space in the designated areas. The parking space on the main street has a sign posted, “125 Ard Parking”. we do not have a boat ramp at our property. However, you can use one of the public ramp accesses and park your boat at the dock during your stay. - **Getting Connected:** Internet information is available in the kitchen for your convenience. The Wi-Fi network is cottage and password goodtimes. - **Lake Safety:** Our lakeside is a no-wake zone. Please respect this rule for the enjoyment of all lake users! - **House Amenities:** We start with a full roll and a spare in each bathroom, but please plan to bring any extra toiletries you may need during your stay. We also recommend bringing any condiments or food items, as our kitchen isn’t stocked with these. - **Departure Details:** Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. We appreciate your help in making sure the house is tidy before you leave—please take out the trash if you have time. - **Need Assistance?**.Feel free to reach out if you need assistance. - **Transportation Options:** If you need a ride, there are two local taxi companies in Hot Springs: Hot Springs Taxi and Spa City Taxi.
